Andrew Gwynne MP said:

“Since the opening of the M60 in Tameside we have seen a property development boom, and Tameside Council welcomes the new investors and entrepreneurs with open arms.”

“The St Petersfield redevelopment and IKEA in Ashton under Lyne town centre are a welcome sight and Denton has the new Crown Point North and Wm Morrisons developments whilst the Oldham Batteries site is still to be redeveloped. All of these projects are bringing employment, investment and blue chip companies such as Marks & Spencer and BHS to Denton.” Warehouse Opening

“Bill Jennings has lived in the area for over 20 years and has built a company of Architects, Surveyors and Visualisers from humble beginnings in his own terraced house to this newly refurbished office, The Warehouse.”

Bill Jennings now has ambitious plans for the surrounding buildings in the area including refurbishing the derelict Georgian listed building on Stockport Road.
